Full-Stack Engineer (Remote)

About us We're on a mission to bring contracts and any other long documents to the 21st century! We're using AI to make these documents intelligible, abstracting what matters in them and detailing their content so that humans can manipulate them easily. We've been working on this since the beginning of 2021, and have applications in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, and other industries. As a Zenlaw Full-Stack Engineer you will:
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. Due to the remote nature of this role, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
- Develop new features working with cross-functional squads, within a distributed team
- Use creative thinking - we are building most of our features from scratch and our product is unique
- Solve complex, but fun, technical problems
- Actively partner with our tech team to learn from each other and make well-rounded solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or similar role
- Experience with Golang
- Familiarity with Object-Relation Mapping framework (ideally GORM)
- Advanced knowledge in ReactJS, Redux, and MUI
- Be genuinely interested in technology and love to try new things
- Tackle complex problems but also consider multiple solutions, weigh them, and decide on the best course of action
- Thrive on providing and receiving transparent but always constructive feedback
- Consider multiple quality dimensions like user impact, failure tolerance, code maintenance, implementation time, security breaches, and performance Bonus skills:
- DevOps (docker, kubernetes)
- MLOps
- Python (machine learning, Natural Language Processing, string manipulation)
- Ownership: you easily communicate ideas, implement them, and take responsibility for your actions
- Helping others: sharing knowledge with your colleagues is on top of your priorities
