Staff Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager Aurora invites applications for the Staff Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager role, responsible for leading all digital and social media marketing initiatives to expand Aurora’s online presence and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Act as the digital subject‑matter expert for internal stakeholders and cross‑functional partners. Own and refine the ongoing omnichannel digital marketing strategy aligned with goals to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. Plan and execute always‑on digital media campaigns across paid and owned channels, working with creative teams, media agencies, and vendors. Oversee SEO, AEO, SEM to maintain strong search visibility. Lead website content strategy and updates on aurora.tech, collaborating with customer marketing and web development agencies. Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and site engagement, producing monthly KPI and digital insights reports. Leverage or develop AI tools for social listening, community engagement, and content creation. Develop and manage social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Build and maintain a robust social media pipeline and editorial calendar. Oversee social monitoring and engagement initiatives. Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform innovative social strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum eight years of experience in digital marketing within an agency, brand, or B2B setting. Demonstrated expertise as a digital marketing generalist with deep skill in digital media, social media, and content development. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (GA4, GTM, Sprout Social, Semrush) and ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google). Experience managing paid media campaigns and data‑driven optimization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Capability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders. Excellent ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and operate under pressure. Flexibility to travel and work across time zones. Desirable Qualifications Passion or familiarity with autonomous technology, logistics, or freight industry. Basic knowledge of design tools and ability to create visual concepts or mockups through AI tools. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $127,000 – $184,500 per year.
