$45-$60/ 30 Minute Session
Kidtastic Kids is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Per Diem Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based physical therapy services to preschool-aged children with developmental delays and disabilities. In this role, you will work directly with young learners in a supportive, child-centered educational environment, helping students develop the motor skills necessary to participate successfully in school activities and daily routines. Services are provided on-site during the school day (8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. ) and are delivered in accordance with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small-group physical therapy services to preschool-aged children.
- Develop and implement therapy interventions aligned with student IEP goals.
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments as assigned.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state regulations and professional standards.
- Current New York State Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a school-based, preschool, or early intervention setting.
- Knowledge of IEPs and New York State preschool special education regulations preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Schedule: Flexible; based on student caseload and service mandates
- Hours: School-day services provided between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
