The Junior Business Analyst supports business projects by gathering and analyzing data, identifying process improvements, and communicating insights to stakeholders. This entry-level role involves collaborating across teams to help align business operations with strategic goals and enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements through interviews and workshops
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in creating process flow diagrams and business documentation
- Support project teams by providing timely insights and updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and objectives
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively
- Assist with testing and validation of business solutions
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
