About the Role: As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Certification in food handling or alcohol service. Responsibilities: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
