Job Description Clyde & Co is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to work with the Trial and Defense practice. The ideal candidate will have superior writing skills and will be proactive, motivated, organized, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Taking depositions, attending hearings, and attending mediations as required. Drafting pleadings and briefs. Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients. Conducting legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and Nexis. Drafting interrogatories and document requests. Reviewing document productions. Submitting filings to the court. Education And Experience J.D. 2017 - 2020 Admission to practice in Massachusetts Admission to additional New England bars is preferred. Excellent academic credentials. Skills And Ability Exceptional legal writing and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Placement within the range will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, practice group, location, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.
