In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with food preparation, and executing menu items efficiently on the line. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices, in accordance with established recipes and portion control guidelines.

Assist in cooking and assembling dishes during service, ensuring that all items meet quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area and kitchen station, including proper storage of food items.

Follow food safety and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during busy shifts.

Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills.
