Requirements:

Solar experience is a major plusbut it is NOT required.

If youre a strong commercial or industrial electrician with the right attitude and a willingness to learn, well help you build your solar experience.

What Youll Do

As an EE98J Journeyman Electrician, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical work on commercial solar and related electrical projects.

Your responsibilities may include:

Installing electrical systems for commercial solar projects
Installing and connecting electrical equipment and components
Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical systems
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, plans, and specifications
Performing commercial and industrial electrical installations
Working with solar-related electrical equipment and systems
Ensuring installations meet applicable electrical codes and project requirements
Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional job site
Working with foremen, project managers, and other members of the electrical team
Identifying problems in the field and developing practical solutions
Maintaining high standards for workmanship, safety, and quality

Required:

Current EE98J Journeyman Electrician license
Commercial or industrial electrical experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read electrical plans and schematics
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Dependable attendance and work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Commercial solar experience
Solar PV installation experience
Experience with commercial-scale electrical systems
Experience working on large construction projects
