This role plays a critical part in ensuring product movement is accurate, timely, and compliant with all safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced operating various types of powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment. Essential Functions Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials throughout the facility. Supply production lines with raw materials to support uninterrupted operations. Transport finished goods to designated warehouse and storage locations. Accurately complete inventory transactions using warehouse management systems, scanners, or handheld devices. Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly. Assist with receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and inventory audits as required. Verify product quantities, labeling, and documentation before movement or shipment. Follow all food safety, quality, GMP, and company policies. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to support operational goals. Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment. Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems or scanners. Preferred Qualifications Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the shift.
