The job: Drive strategic business development efforts to expand the firm's transportation practice across Texas, securing high‑value opportunities and strengthening relationships. Lead and oversee complex transportation projects, ensuring delivery meets quality, budget, and schedule expectations. Maintain and grow trusted client relationships while guiding capture strategies, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations. Provide technical oversight and uphold engineering standards across multidisciplinary teams. Marketing team provides support. Benefits Compensation: $245,000-$355,000 approximate range.
