General Manager (5686)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a General Manager to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida . This is an Onsite Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $220,000-$260,000 base (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• Manufacturing operations leadership experience in a multi‑product environment with custom or constantly changing products
• Customer‑facing experience, interfacing with executive‑level and high‑caliber stakeholders
• Experience in advanced manufacturing, robotics, additive manufacturing, or other highly technical production environments
• Proven experience leading operators and production teams
• Strong background in process development and continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a startup, scale‑up, or high‑growth environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations.
• Drive operational excellence, including throughput, quality, and profitability.
• Establish scalable operating procedures, standards, and repeatable processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop production and operations teams.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as uptime, throughput, inventory, and efficiency.
• Partner with engineering and technical teams to implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships and oversee inventory planning.
• Build operational infrastructure to support future facility expansion.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, resources, and overall operational performance.
• Transform a fast‑growing facility into a repeatable model for future sites.
