Data-driven Product Analyst with 4+ years of experience analyzing complex datasets, digital customer journeys, and product performance metrics.
The role focuses on CIAM analytics across authentication and identity journeys, using SQL, dashboards, telemetry, and funnel analysis to drive product improvements and roadmap decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze CIAM journeys including login, registration, MFA, password reset, and account recovery to identify trends, conversion gaps, and friction points.

2. Build and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards, define KPIs and event-tracking requirements, and support A/B testing and feature rollout analysis.

3. Translate complex data findings into actionable product recommendations while partnering with Product, Engineering, Fraud, UX, Operations, and Analytics teams.
