First American Title Lending currently seeks an experienced Collections Customer Accounts Representative. Ideal candidates will be part of collection efforts in line with our Corporate Purpose and Guiding Principles in an innovative call center environment. The position is in Dalton, GA. This is an in person, onsite position.COLLECTIONS JOB RESPONSIBILITIESReview account information and facilitate collections with the primary responsibility to collect from clients and provide insight into A/R agingComplete 100-120 calls per dayEnsure documentation of all collection attempts in appropriate systemsAssist in repossession and legal processDirectly initiate collection efforts by contacting past due accounts in order to discuss account and arrange paymentMeet or exceed minimum goal requirements based on Company objectivesCOLLECTIONS JOB REQUIREMENTS2-3 years in Call Center, Collections, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable or closely related field with a proven ability to meet and exceed goalsPrior relevant experience in subprime lending, mortgage, commercial lending, call center collections, and/or consumer lending collections strongly preferredProficient and professional verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products including Outlook email and point of sale systemsAbility to interact effectively primarily over the telephone and through emailAttention to detail and exceptional prioritizing and organizations skillsStrong interpersonal, active listening, critical thinking, and analytical skillsFlexibility to work various daytime schedulesBilingual in Spanish/English preferredBENEFITSBase pay plus monthly bonus opportunitiesPaid Time OffPaid Holidays401(k) including company matchMedical, dental, vision insurance including dependent coverageCompany Paid Life InsuranceCompany Paid Short and long term disabilityJob Type: Full-time
