In the role of Gynecologist at the Sacramento VA, you will deliver comprehensive gynecological services to women veterans in both outpatient and inpatient environments. Your responsibilities will encompass preventive care, diagnosis, and management of a wide array of gynecological conditions and procedures. You will work closely with primary care and specialty teams to ensure coordinated, patient-focused care.

• Provide outpatient and inpatient gynecologic consultations, evaluations, and follow-up care.
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including office-based gynecologic interventions and minor surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care, surgical specialties, and mental health professionals.
• Engage in quality improvement projects, committees, and initiatives to enhance the Women's Health Program.
• Mentor and educate trainees and staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with VA policies.
• Contribute to the development of protocols and standards for gynecological services.
