Location: Hudson, NYPosition Overview:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic practice in the Hudson, New York area. This full-time position offers a balanced schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, providing an excellent work-life balance in a vibrant and scenic community.The role focuses on bread-and-butter cases, with no hearts, neuro, OB, or trauma cases, allowing you to leverage your expertise in a streamlined and supportive environment. Optional call opportunities are available for those seeking additional responsibilities and compensation.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive Salary: $325,000 per year.Generous Vacation: 6 weeks of paid vacation annually.Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and malpractice coverage.Flexible Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, with opportunities for call shifts to supplement income.Key Responsibilities:Administer anesthesia for a variety of general surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.Monitor patients during procedures and in recovery, adjusting anesthetic plans as needed.Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards.Qualifications:Current CRNA certification and valid NY state license (or eligibility).Strong clinical skills with experience in general anesthesia cases.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.About Hudson, NY:Nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley, Hudson, New York area, is a vibrant community known for its rich cultural scene and natural beauty.
