Best Way Disposal is a well-established industry leading waste collection and disposal company in Lafayette and the surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a position at our Tippecanoe County Transfer Station. 

Job Summary:

• Works directly with customers and exhibits strong communication and leadership skills.
• Works in and around heavy equipment in a safe and customer courteous manner.
• Is able to learn computer software necessary to complete transaction with customer.
• Is able to keep a clean, customer friendly working environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Is subject to pre-employment and random drug screening.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Must be physically able to perform physical tasks and be on their feet for long periods of time.
