Warehouse Team Member II

We are looking for an active Warehouse Team Member II to keep our facility organized, manage battery inventory, and provide critical delivery support. In this dynamic role, you’ll split your time between hands-on warehouse tasks and stepping behind the wheel for local deliveries. What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Driver Requirements: Clean driving record meeting all company driver qualification standards.
• Core Skills: Excellent time management under tight deadlines, paired with clear written and verbal communication.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with carrier operations, distribution methods, and hazardous shipping regulations.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills with the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
• Mindset: Reliable, independent, and committed to acting with integrity and a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements & Working Environment

• Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs without assistance (and occasionally up to 75 lbs).
• Stand, walk, reach, and navigate a active battery warehouse environment.
• Comfortably operate equipment and road vehicles while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Maintenance: Load, unload, restock, test, charge, and prepare battery stock for distribution.
• Facility Operations: Keep our warehouse safe, orderly, and clean while accurately managing inventory reports and claims.
• Delivery & Customer Support: Serve as a backup driver for "Hot Shot" runs and deliveries, collect account payments, and haul scrap/returned batteries.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate motor vehicles and forklifts while following all transportation and safety guidelines.

The essential functions of this role include:
