Job Description Interim HealthCare is looking for extremely motivated Home Health Aides to provide personal care as assigned by RN Case Manager to our clients in the home setting:
- Excellent communication
- Assist client with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Assist client with other activities: shopping, homemaking, prepare and serve meals, and client socialization
- Assist with ambulation, transfer, and/or range of motion exercises
- Utilize good infection control measures
- Recognize, document and report changes in client environment to supervisor
- Must have a current Florida CNA License and/or Home Health Aide certificate
- 6 months Experience
- Excellent Communication
- Current CPR (NO ONLINE)
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Current Car Insurance
- Able to Lift, Carry, Push or Pull up to 50 pounds
- Locally Owned and Operated
