Pay: $23-28/hr. Based on Experience

Schedule: 1st shift Monday - Friday

Position Summary We are seeking a professional, safety-minded CDL-A Driver to join our team. This is a local delivery position focusing on the Minnesota area, offering a consistent Monday through Friday first-shift schedule. The ideal candidate will be a punctual individual who takes pride in representing the company through professional service and safe driving practices.

Key Responsibilities

Local Deliveries: Safely operate a commercial vehicle to perform daily deliveries and pickups within the state of Minnesota.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
Professionalism: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring all interactions are professional and helpful.
Punctuality: Adhere to a daily first-shift schedule to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
Documentation: Accurately maintain logbooks, delivery receipts, and vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in top working order.

Qualifications & Requirements

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Experience: Previous professional driving experience is required.
Driving Record: Must possess a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
Skills: Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and punctuality.
Physicality: Ability to handle the physical demands of loading/unloading as required by the route.

Mandatory Pre-Employment Screening

Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in ongoing random testing as required by DOT.
