Your ability to combine technical expertise, product thinking, project leadership, and sound decision-making will be key as you evaluate emerging technologies, influence enterprise AI strategy, and establish scalable practices for responsible AI, governance, MLOps, and enterprise deployment.What You HaveRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, or Advanced Analytics3+ years of experience serving as a technical subject matter expert, providing mentorship, code reviews, and guidance on AI/ML best practices.3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning or AI solutions in production environmentsDemonstrated experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and/or Generative AIProficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks and toolsExperience translating business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions in partnership with business and technology stakeholdersExperience leading cross-functional projects and delivering complex initiatives from concept through implementationStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience leading teams that develop Generative AI, Large Language Model, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Agentic AI, or NLP-based solutionsExperience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google CloudProduct management or product strategy experience, including identifying opportunities and defining AI-enabled roadmapsExperience with MLOps, model governance, responsible AI, model monitoring, and enterprise-scale deployment practicesPrior experience in financial services, digital products, client experience, risk management, compliance, or related domainsExperience evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiencyDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across business, product, engineering, and data science teamsProfessional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Agile, or Project ManagementPassion for mentoring and developing technical talent while fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learningIn addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
