Account Supervisor

Our client, a newly formed, rapidly growing B2B marketing agency built from the combination of several established global B2B marketing agencies, is hiring an Account Supervisor to lead day-to-day account management across a portfolio of B2B clients and mentor junior account team members. This person will be the senior connective tissue between the client and the internal teams delivering strategy, creative, media, and customer experience work, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and client relationships stay strong as the business scales into its next chapter. Reporting to an Account Director, this role sits at the center of how the company delivers on its integrated model and plays a key part in growing existing accounts. This is a hybrid role, one day a week onsite in New York. Responsibilities: Own and elevate client relationships, serving as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of B2B accounts Lead and oversee coordination of campaign execution across creative, media, strategy, and customer experience teams Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple accounts, ensuring consistently high-quality delivery Maintain a deep, strategic understanding of each client's business, competitive landscape, and marketing objectives Translate complex client goals into clear strategic briefs and direction for internal teams Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand scope, deepen impact, and grow revenue within existing accounts Lead the preparation and presentation of campaign updates, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders Anticipate client needs and manage risk across the portfolio, resolving issues before they escalated Partner closely with senior leadership on account planning, renewals, and growth conversations Mentor and guide junior account team members (Account Executives, Account Managers) Serve as a credible, expert voice on the company's platform and service offering in front of clients Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing agency environment, ideally in an account management or account supervisor capacity Proven track record owning senior client relationships, including expectation management at the stakeholder level Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns Experience supporting or leading account growth, renewals, and strategic planning Ability to mentor and develop junior team members Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple accounts and competing priorities Comfort operating in a fast-evolving, newly formed organization is a plus Familiarity with marketing technology or AI-driven platforms is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong confidence presenting to senior clients #J-18808-Ljbffr 80Twenty
