What You'll Do as Service Advisor:

• Answer phones and greet and assist customers in a respectful and timely manner.
• Answer customer questions about service outcomes and consult with technicians when necessary.
• Inform customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
• Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out, updated, completed, and closed according to Best-One and customer standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing service environment.
• Must have proficiency with Windows-based computers with strong attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation and a commitment to good attendance.
• Must maintain a positive and friendly attitude while providing service beyond the expectations of our customers.
