Primary Responsibilities Patient Reception: Greet and check in patients, collect paperwork, and ensure all information is complete and accurate. Phone and Scheduling: Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars for multiple providers and locations. Patient intake: Guide patients through electronic registration, insurance verification, consent forms and medical/dental history forms. Coordination: Communicate effectively with clinical and billing teams to ensure a smooth patient flow. Customer service: Address any questions, concerns and special request with professionalism and empathy. Records Management: Scan, file, and update patient records in the electronic health record system, maintaining strict confidentiality. Facility Support: Help keep the reception area and waiting room neat and welcoming. Education High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Experience Prior dental, or hospitality experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate! Comfort with patient care, electronic scheduling systems, EMR/EHR, or dental/medical office software is a plus. Other Details Competitive Salary. Full-time job.
