Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and strengths, which will form the foundation of treatment planning. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Engage clients in therapeutic sessions to provide support, facilitate discussions around their experiences, and adjust interventions as necessary to reflect clients’ evolving needs. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client communications. \n
- Stay informed on the latest mental health research and developments by participating in workshops and professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and service delivery. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. \n

- Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession. \n
