Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective treatment.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience
• Acute care experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient responses and document clinical interventions
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Delegate tasks appropriately and mentor support staff
• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards
