Job Description

As a Receiving Associate, your primary responsibilities will include signing in trailers, inspecting green beans for appearance and number defects, roasting samples, entering data into system, and controlling movement of product. Ideal candidates can work in a fast-paced environment, with previous manufacturing or receiving experience.

Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect green beans
• Perform pre-unloading cross-sectional sampling
• Sign in trailers and notify lead
• Roast individual samples
• Enter data into Data Management System
• Coordinate movement and storage of containers in shipping yard
• Maintain and oversee accuracy of HACCP log

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Forklift certified- Cherry Picker
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to perform necessary tasks by reaching, lifting, and standing when required
• Learn cupping process

The base pay range for this position is $22/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
