Customer Service Representative Do you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and being the knowledgeable, dependable voice someone can rely on? Are you comfortable answering phones, speaking with clients, and keeping things organized in a fast‑paced environment? In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients—guiding them through the real‑estate inspection process, answering questions, scheduling services, and ensuring they feel informed and taken care of every step of the way. Responsibilities Enter orders, email reports to clients and agents, and perform CRM data entry. Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints. Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, general customer inquiries, and email customer quotes for services. Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered. Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and elevate to the appropriate party when needed. Keep track of customer accounts and update with new account information as necessary. Guide clients through the inspection process, schedule services, and provide a professional, friendly experience that reflects our commitment to treating every client like family. Qualifications High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills. Previous work in a customer‑facing position.
