Physical requirements of this position include: standing / walking for sustained periods of time, lifting up to 10 pounds / continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms, and continuous grasping and reaching / Continually required to bend, stoop, and talk Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Job Duties Check in/out clients Service clients with shampoo and treatment services Assist stylists with maintaining the salon flow Assist with client hair services as needed Submit shift forms Preform assigned open / close duties Perform services within time standards Adhere to the uniform standard (including hair) Complete shifttasks Follow our salon standards for services, behavior and general workflow Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training clients in these areas Keep a clean & hygienic work space Service clients within NappStar standards Develop professional relationships with regular clients & welcome new clients Assist fellow stylists with services to ensure no wait time for clients Communicate effectively with Stylists and Management about service pricing and client notes Participate in creating content with the social media team for salon marketing Participate intraining and reviews Maintain a consistent, regular attendance record Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the salon’s policies and procedures Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving team members or clients in the salon that require attention Maintain complete confidentiality in all client matters in accordance with company policy Handle client questions and concerns professionally Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients ensuring complete client satisfaction Possess the ability to work without direct supervision Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the salon Assist in all areas of salon operations, as requested by management Work during black out dates and Mandatory work days Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the salon #J-18808-Ljbffr NappStar DMV
