In this vital role, you’ll provide safe and therapeutic patient care, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Scheduled Shift: Overnight (Noc) Shift Job Qualifications Current LPN licensure New Grads are welcome to apply A Level One Fingerprint Card is required Current BLS for Healthcare Provider card Minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience required CPI Certification required within 30 days of hire Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute psychiatric inpatient setting preferred Job-Specific Responsibilities Observe, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions promptly and accurately Monitor safety within the therapeutic milieu and actively assist in managing crisis situations, including assaultive patients Assist in the admission process, including comprehensive data collection and orienting new patients to the unit and program Document relevant patient interactions, collected data, and responses to therapeutic interventions in medical records Collaborate closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate individualized care plans Take the next step in your psychiatric nursing career—apply now to join a team that values your expertise and commitment! #J-18808-Ljbffr College Medical Center Phoenix
