Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
- Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
- Complete resident and property service requests
- Experience with or desire to learn skills such as: HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
- EPA or CPO certification is a plus!
- Must have valid Driver's License
