Job Responsibilities

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies that support their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive patient care experience

• Track and Adjust Treatment Outcomes: Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure continued success

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications

Requirements

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
