What to Expect Fast‑paced, physical warehouse work. Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes. Part‑time employees work one shift a day (3‑6 hours); full‑time employees work two shifts (6‑10 hours). Shift lengths vary by package volume. Overtime is paid after 40 hours a week. Pay Range: Up to $18.85 per hour. Pay Transparency: The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location or locations. Actual pay is determined by several job‑related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience, tenure, market level, performance, schedule and work assignment. In New Jersey, any compensable security and walk time will be paid to non‑exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage. Part‑time employees who have completed 91 days of employment and worked an average of at least 17 hours per week are also eligible for these benefits.
