The Neuroscience Sales Specialist is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. The Sales Specialist possesses a deep understanding of account-based selling, a proven ability to build and maintain strong total office relationships, and a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional initiatives. Successful candidates will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to proactively identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions for customers, and exceed performance expectations. Demonstrating a strong business acumen, the Sales Specialist will effectively manage territory resources, share best practices with internal team members, and align goals with organizational targets.

Essential areas of responsibility include building rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members and key external contacts, providing healthcare product demonstrations, consulting with physicians and medical office staff to appropriately promote product and provide product and patient education, strategically managing and growing relationships with key accounts, regularly reviewing and analyzing sales data to create effective territory plans, maintaining a competitive edge by addressing external market challenges, and achieving all sales performance goals.

Education/certification/experience required includes a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience, and pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred. Skills/knowledge/abilities include proven record of accomplishments, demonstrated interpersonal skills, well-developed written and oral communication skills, ability to interact with healthcare providers, knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing, and new product launch experience.

Travel requirements include regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel. The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 $160,000 annually. This position also qualifies for participation in the company's sales incentive plan.
