Billing and Revenue Associate

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Billing and Revenue Associate will manage the invoicing cycle, reconcile corporate partner activities, and support various financial operations tasks to ensure accurate billing and administrative processes. Key responsibilities Complete monthly and on-demand invoicing cycles for corporate partners Reconcile corporate partner activity, including gift card purchases and suspense accounts Support the accounts payable process and maintain supplier and vendor records Required qualifications Attention to detail required Ability to learn new technical skills required Experience and proficient use of Excel Problem-solving and analytical skills A passionate belief in the mission and core values of the organization
