We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. Position Overview As part of the Logistics Team, the Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in producing high‑quality transformers efficiently and safely. This role operates within a dynamic and collaborative manufacturing environment where teamwork, integrity, and respect are highly valued. The Logistics Coordinator will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities Logistics workflow Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to logistics associates Evaluate incoming orders and organize shipping and receiving activities accordingly Help keep operations running smoothly and on schedule Track productivity and quality to improve logistics efficiency Maintain knowledge of product specifications and production/logistics standards Training and Safety Fork truck trainer certification Train and supervise new logistics associates Relieve team members on the line as needed Observe and enforce all safety rules and guidelines Monitor the department and surrounding areas for unsafe conditions and take corrective action Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment Documentation and Reporting Perform record‑keeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are completed on time Communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, and team members Facilitate meetings with the line, department, and related teams Perform pre‑shift and post‑shift duties each day Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 3 hours continuously, between breaks). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for line tasks and packing duties. Ability to move within the production area to communicate with other team members and supervisors. Ability to read and understand safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical labels in English. Strong communication skills in English, both for daily operations and during emergencies. Job Requirements Technical Skills Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments such as a machinist’s scale, tape measure, and dial calipers to within specified tolerances. Capable of reading and interpreting Bills of Materials (BOM) and Order Management Sheets (OMS). Knowledge of dispensing machine operations and equipment maintenance. Core Competencies Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team. Ability to observe and follow safety standards to maintain a secure working environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain consistent attendance. Protective Equipment Certified safety glasses or side shields for prescription glasses. Nitrile gloves for handling chemicals. Anti‑slip, steel‑toed shoes are mandatory. Rubber (anti‑fatigue) mats are provided for each workstation. Schedule Mon‑Thurs: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM and occasional Fridays.
