Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients
- Develop treatment plans
- Deliver occupational therapy services
- Complete documentation
- Communicate patient progress
- Train caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers
- Optional COTA supervision

Eligible full-time W-2 employees have the option to enroll Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), receive annual CEU reimbursement, licensure reimbursement, therapy materials reimbursement, and receive referral bonuses.
Qualifications
Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and excellent clinical judgment.
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
