Early access to your pay via ZayZoon — no waiting until payday if you need it What You’ll Do You and your crew will roll out each night after restaurants close and get to work inspecting and cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems from top to bottom — hood, filters, ductwork, and rooftop fans — using professional‑grade pressure washing equipment and cleaning techniques. No two nights are exactly the same. You’ll be moving, climbing, pressure washing, and leaving every location cleaner and safer than you found it. Specific Responsibilities Include Pressure washing kitchen exhaust systems: hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans Setting up and breaking down job sites per HOODZ standards Operating specialized cleaning equipment Keeping your truck stocked, clean, and ready Driving a company work vehicle to client locations Documenting your work with before‑and‑after photos through our app What We Offer $17.50–$20/hr starting pay — above average for the Kansas City market Up to $4,000+/year in performance bonuses — paid monthly Free professional training and certification — we cover the cost of your 1‑day certification training Uniform provided Company vehicle — drive to jobs in a HOODZ truck, no personal mileage ZayZoon — access your earned pay before payday when you need it 1 week paid time off / vacation per year Consistent schedule — nights, Sunday through Thursday.
