NOW HIRING: Area Manager – Commercial Cleaning Operations Waukesha/Milwaukee, WI Full-Time Management Position 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Including Occasional Weekend Coverage Starting Salary: $65,000 per year + Bonuses & Commissions Lead a Growing Team with Environment Control Environment Control is a locally owned commercial cleaning company operated by Tom and Melody Hanson. We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations throughout the Waukesha and Milwaukee County areas. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can develop employees, maintain customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly preferred.
