Packaging Specialist – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Now Hiring: 2nd and 3rd Shift Packaging Specialists
Pay: $17.50–$18.00 per hour

The Packaging Specialist position supports the Lawrence Production Center and may work across multiple production departments based on business needs. Team members perform a variety of hands-on production and packaging tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload products (cards, packages, and other materials) from conveyors, tables, and production lines.
• Stack and organize products on skids, in cartons, stock boxes, or on fixtures.
• Remove, separate, and handle products from large sheets or individual card layouts.
• Remove scrap material from production sheets as needed.
• Feed batch heads and operate manual production equipment.
• Assist with envelope production by tending presses, feeding envelope blanks, and packaging finished products.
• Set up and operate label-printing equipment to produce a variety of labels.
• Support machine setup and make-ready processes.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and equipment care.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
