Inventory Controller

Job Description

When the numbers don't match the floor, you're the one who figures out why.

We're looking for an Inventory Controller who knows that accurate inventory is about more than counting materials. It's about keeping production moving, catching discrepancies before they become bigger problems, and finding smarter ways to manage what comes in, moves through, and goes out of a manufacturing facility.

What you'll own:

\n
• Inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations
\n
• SAP transactions and inventory reporting
\n
• Investigating discrepancies and identifying root causes
\n
• Partnering with Operations and Quality to reduce waste and improve processes
\n

What you'll bring:

\n
• 3+ years of inventory management experience, ideally in manufacturing
\n
• SAP or comparable ERP experience, with SAP strongly preferred
\n
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF
\n
• A sharp eye for detail and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
\n

The opportunity: Join an established manufacturing organization where your work directly impacts operational efficiency, material control, and cost management.

$75,000–$85,000 + comprehensive benefits and quarterly bonus opportunity
