Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a PT
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Home Health
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Be willing to obtain STATE licensure

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes, including PT assessments and interventions
