Candidates must be enrolled in Master's program and the degree must be completed by 6/1/2027.EXPERIENCE3-5 Years of active Nursing experience, one year of relevant teaching experience preferred, nursing staff development and/or specialty area preferred.LICENSURELicensure as a RN in the state of CT/ RI & Nursing Board Certification within 2 years of hire.SPECIAL SKILLSDemonstrates ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate educational programs.PHYSICAL DEMANDThe NPDS would support their assigned area, and others as requested, throughout the health system. Travel to YNHHS entities as needed to facilitate professional development activities of nurses within YNHHS.Additional InformationThis position will be primarily located at YNHH but will cover IR and Cath Lab at both YNHH (YSC and SRC) and BH.
