Director of Operations

Operations Coordinator Essential Responsibilities Registrar & Student Records Maintain accurate and confidential student academic records. Manage student information systems and maintain data accuracy across school platforms. Process transcript requests, records transfers, graduation records, and other academic documentation. Assist administration with student scheduling, enrollment reporting, and academic record management. Ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements, accreditation standards, and authorizer requirements. Business Operations & Finance Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Coordinate tuition management systems. Maintain vendor contracts. Prepare reports and documentation as needed. Maintain records related to background checks, personnel files, incident reporting, and other compliance requirements. Administrative Support Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, faculty, and visitors. Participate in school events and activities as appropriate. Support the mission, values, and Christian character of the school in all interactions with students, parents, and staff. Qualifications and Expectations Profess and model a sincere Christian faith and support the school's Statement of Faith, mission, and educational philosophy. Demonstrate a servant-hearted approach to administration and customer service. Serve as a Christlike role model in character, speech, and conduct. Possess strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Maintain professional standards of conduct, collaboration, and confidentiality. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, student information systems, financial software, and office technology. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, administration, accounting, education, or a related field preferred. Experience in school administration, student records management, bookkeeping, business operations, or related fields preferred. Familiarity with classical Christian education, or a willingness to learn and embrace its philosophy, strongly preferred.
