Position Summary

The Leasing & Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Leasing & Marketing Department. This position serves as the department's central point of coordination, acting as the liaison between the leasing team, portfolio managers, visitors, and corporate staff to keep communication flowing and projects on track.

This role combines customer service, leasing support, marketing coordination, and administrative responsibilities to ensure prospective and current residents receive an exceptional experience throughout every stage of the leasing process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

This position provides:

• Administrative Support (prep and maintain logs and reports, assist with marketing surveys, maintains office organization, maintains Company vehicles, etc.)
• Customer Service & Leasing Support (answer phone calls, respond to emails, schedule and conduct apartment tours, greet visitors, prepare lease documents, etc.)
• Marketing Support (update rental rates and availability, assist with social media, maintain online advertisements, coordinate marketing collateral, etc.)
• Operational Compliance Support (perform renters insurance audits, conduct key log audits, maintain resident files, etc.

At MSC, customer service is everyone's responsibility.

The Leasing & Marketing Assistant is expected to create a welcoming, professional, and responsive experience for every prospective and current resident. Whether answering a phone call, giving a tour, responding to an email, or assisting a teammate, this position plays a key role in delivering the level of service that defines the MSC brand.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

• Previous leasing, property management, hospitality, marketing, or customer service experience
• Experience with MRI, Rent Dynamics, or CRM software
• College coursework or degree preferred but not required
