We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 250-unit residential community located in St. Charles, IL. The successful candidate will add value by delivering exceptional service to our residents and guests. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property tours, and closing sales. Pay range: $18 - $22 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus commissions and eligibility for quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, and customer service
• Demonstrate a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
• Availability to work Saturdays is required.

Your Contributions

• Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into community tours.
• Complete applications and prepare lease and renewal documents.
• Inspect units to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Stay informed about the local market, community amenities, and available floor plans.
• Support management in addressing resident relations.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly leasing reports.
• Analyze market trends and shop competitors to identify changing conditions.
• Perform other duties as required by the Community Manager.
