$50-55/hr W2 We’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Analytics Analyst with strong Power BI, SQL, and Databricks skills to support healthcare performance, quality, and value-based care analytics. This role will work closely with business and analytics stakeholders to develop and enhance reporting solutions, analyze complex healthcare data, and translate business needs into actionable insights. What You’ll Do Maintain, troubleshoot, enhance, and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions supporting healthcare performance and operational analytics. Write and modify SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server/SSMS to extract, analyze, validate, and transform healthcare data. Use Databricks to access, query, analyze, and work with cloud-based data. Pull, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support recurring reporting and ad hoc analytical requests. Support a broad range of healthcare and value-based care analytics , including clinical, quality, provider, and performance reporting. Provide continuity for existing quality analytics , including CMS Stars and clinical quality reporting. Enhance existing dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business requirements. Partner directly with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into technical reporting solutions. Determine whether requests require changes to underlying data/query logic, Power BI visualization and design, or both. Independently manage priorities and deliverables while responding to day-to-day and ad hoc analytical requests. Clearly communicate project status, findings, questions, and potential issues to stakeholders and Analytics leadership. Present analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Leverage Databricks expertise to support growing cloud analytics capabilities and help expand Databricks knowledge across the broader Analytics team. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Databricks in an analytics environment. Strong SQL / Microsoft SQL Server / SSMS experience, including query development, data extraction, manipulation, validation, and reporting. Hands-on experience building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Power BI dashboards . Demonstrated experience analyzing healthcare data and translating data into meaningful reporting and insights. Experience with value-based care data, metrics, performance reporting, or related healthcare analytics . Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within an MSO, provider organization, medical group, population health organization, or similar value-based care environment . Clinical quality or healthcare performance analytics experience. Experience with HEDIS, MIPS, CQM/eCQM , or other healthcare quality measures. Population health, Medicare, provider performance, or medical economics analytics experience. Experience supporting on-premise-to-cloud analytics migration or modernization initiatives. Broader Microsoft Azure/cloud analytics experience. Data science or advanced analytics experience. Experience helping analytics teams adopt or expand their use of Databricks . Why This Role?
