Job Type: Associate Optometrist

Practice Location: Westminster (Providence), Rhode Island

MD Or Corporate Owned: Owner is relocating to Tampa one is retiring

Reason for Job Opening: Two Doctors are leaving

If Physician is retiring, how much longer will Physician Work: for Cranston location - 1 year

Target Compensation: 150k-190k total compensation

Bonus Opportunity: Yes, based on collections

Retirement Program: 401k with 3% match

Other Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision CE credit amount

Relocation: Yes

Vacation/PTO: 4 weeks

Target Start Date: May, June

Practice Management: Eye Cloud PRO

Current patient volume: 3 –4 patients an hour 24-40 per day

ODs on Staff: 9

Partners: Two Partners

OD – patient per day expectation: 3-4 patients an hour 24- 35
