Laurel, NJ. In this role, you will support participating businesses Nationwide utilizing the StaffSafe system to ensure the welfare of staff and customers.WE ARE NEEDING TO HIRE FOR THE FOLLOWING PART-TIME SHIFT:Saturday and Sunday: PT shift Saturdays and Sundays 7a-3:30pAs a Staff Safe Agent, you will be fielding Inbound calls from staff at participating businesses Nationwide when they feel their safety and/or that of their patrons is at risk and work to de-escalate the situation at hand. We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to staff members of participating businesses when in need.As a key member of our Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients in emergency situations and work to resume safe & normal operation of the business as quickly as possible.RESPONSIBILITIES:Field LIVE assistance calls from participating clients NationwideDe-escalate conflicts and provide reassuranceContact local Emergency Service, as necessaryData entryMonitoring of CC-TVREQUIREMENTS:Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.Be able to pass standard background checks & drug testingPossess strong & effective written & verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailWell-spokenAbility to multi-task while remaining neutral, calm, & focused under pressurePossess a High School diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in a Customer Service-related job field/environmentAbility to effectively work in office effectively in a team environmentAbility to take overtime, if needed$16 - $18 an hourAbout:Wachter is a family-owned company since 1930 and we see each employee as a critical piece of the Wachter Family.
