Core Responsibilities Maintain enterprise, OT, and manufacturing network systems, including equipment-level connectivity and SD-WAN. Manage the configuration and upkeep of Cisco switches, routers, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks. Deploy robust network segmentation and cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing operations. Oversee IP addressing, VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, DNS, DHCP, and QoS to ensure seamless connectivity. Enhance network reliability and uptime by monitoring performance, resolving technical issues, and supporting disaster recovery. Foster cross-functional partnerships with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and security departments. Drive operational efficiency by supporting automation initiatives through DevOps practices, Infrastructure-as-Code, and PowerShell. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. Five or more years of professional experience in industrial and enterprise networking. Demonstrated proficiency in Cisco networking technologies. Proven background working within factory, manufacturing, or OT settings. Comprehensive understanding of IT/OT integration, LAN/WAN, network security, switching, routing, and VPNs. At least two years of hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting. Minimum of one year of experience utilizing ServiceNow or similar platforms. Strong capabilities in technical communication, documentation, and complex troubleshooting. Preferred Qualifications CCNA certification or an equivalent professional credential. Experience working with Palo Alto, Arista, or Dell technologies. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, industrial protocols, MES, and SCADA. Experience with cybersecurity best practices, DMZ architectures, Tanium, Chef, and backup/recovery systems.
