How you’ll make an impact in this role Coordinate multi-disciplinary care by serving as the primary bridge between clinical teams, ensuring every patient receives a seamless and holistic treatment experience. Execute personalized care plans through the diligent monitoring of patient conditions and the precise implementation of physician orders to ensure safety and recovery. Maintain clinical excellence by documenting patient journeys with accuracy, upholding the high-quality standards that define our organization's reputation for care. Champion collaborative medicine by integrating insights from various health care disciplines to provide well-rounded, high-impact support. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
